What better way to start your weekend than with a Yoga class! The intention of this 60 minute Yoga Class is for you to leave feeling energised but with a calm and present mind.

During the class PriiNaassh will share with you classical Yoga postures to stretch and strengthen your physical body, giving you the energy and vitality to start your day well.

You will also experience Yogic breathwork (pranayama) to bring balance to your nervous system. The magic happens at the end of the class in the relaxation, you’ll move into your weekend with a calm and present mind.

The class is taught in English.

Integral Yoga

This traditional Yoga class with PriiNaassh is an integration of practices that bring balance to your body, mind, and emotions. The focus of the class is the cultivation of awareness or mindfulness.

During the class you will experience a balance of asana (postures), pranayama (yogic breathwork), and a guided meditation or Yoga Nidra.

It is these components and the way the asana is practiced that make this system of Yoga ideal for managing the most common health conditions of the modern lifestyle, such as symptoms of stress and anxiety.

Because the emphasis of the classes is on the cultivation of awareness. Postures are made very adaptable, to accommodate students of all ages and abilities.

Group Meditation

Research studies have shown the positive effects a regular meditation practice can have on your health and wellbeing. Meditation and mindfulness practices are proven to be an excellent tool for managing stress, anxiety, and insomnia.

The intention of the class is to keep you focused and consistent with your meditation practice in a dedicated space and group environment. Time to connect in and be with yourself. Quiet time.

Each class will include gentle movement to release physical tensions in your body. Pranayama (yogic breathwork) to balance the autonomic nervous system, and calm and quieten your busy mind.

Ideally you will have either attended our “Learn to Meditate” 5-week course. Or you have the foundations of a meditation practice and would like to practice in a group setting. This group meditation is an opportunity to connect with community and experience the collective energy that manifests when we meditate together.
