We are delighted to offer you private one-to-one or small group Yoga and Meditation classes in the comfort and convenience of your home, workplace or online. Scheduling a private class gives you the flexibility to choose a day and time that is convenient to you. Using our extensive knowledge of practising and teaching yoga, we will tailor a program to meet your individual needs and at your preferred pace. We offer face-to-face private classes in the area of Himalayas at PriiNaassh Spiritual Centre

How private yoga can help you

A private one-to-one class allows more attention and guidance than in a standard class environment. This is beneficial if you want a more personalised practice.

You maybe looking to deepen or progress your current practice further.

There may be a specific area you would like to focus on, for example pranayama breathwork, or meditation.

Or like many of our clients you want to learn practices to relax and improve the quality of your sleep.

Whatever your reason. We believe yoga and meditation is for every body, no matter their age or level of experience. We welcome complete beginners to experienced practitioners and those who have specific health conditions.

What We Offer

Classes are tailored to suit where you are at on your yoga journey.

  • Standard Individual or small group class that can be booked as a one-off session or in a block of 5. Each class includes, Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing practices), Meditation / Yoga Nidra.

  • Personalised programs – Ideal for anyone who would like to develop a personal Yoga and Meditation practice with the guidance of a teacher. Or if you are looking to focus on a particular area of practice, for example Pranayama breathing practices.

Our signature courses teach you the fundamentals of developing a Yoga and / or Meditation practice.

  • Introduction to Yoga – This five weeks course is designed to take you from the very beginning of your Yoga journey. Building the foundations of a balanced yoga practice.

  • Learn how to Meditate – Our popular Meditation course is available for private sessions. This course will cover all the aspects in developing your own meditation practice.
